Jaclyn Joy
Jaclyn has a joyful approach to life and an unwavering commitment to happy clientele. Those with fur, and without. She has been taking care of pets (and rehabilitating wild ones) as long as she can remember. She is a full time pet sitter, and the lead vocalist in a duet. Recognizing the growing need for reliable pet care services, Jaclyn founded Home’s Best Pet Nannies. It is an off-shoot of her mom’s pet care services that her family has offered since 2011.

Jaclyn’s empathetic nature and gentle demeanor quickly earned her a reputation for being a trusted and loving caregiver. It wasn’t long before she saw the need to grow an ethical, honest and reliable team of pet nannies. Her growing team features only family and friends who are highly respected and trustworthy.
Jaclyn believes every pet deserves individual attention and care. She and her team tailors their services to meet the unique needs of each pet they look after. Whether it’s administering medication, following special diets, or offering plenty of playtime and cuddles, Jaclyn and her team ensures that every pet feels loved and cared for in their owner’s absence.
Rebecca
Rebecca is a devoted animal lover with extensive pet-sitting experience, making her a valuable addition to our team. She was highly recommended to us by one of my mother’s close friends from church, a testament to her trustworthiness and excellent reputation.
Rebecca is a recent graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where she pursued her passion for helping others. She plans to offer Christian Counseling via Zoom, a career path that allows her the flexibility to work from home while also dedicating time to being a compassionate and attentive pet nanny.
Known for her loving demeanor and dependability, Rebecca has a natural gift for connecting with both pets and their owners. We are truly grateful to have her on our team and look forward to the continued care and kindness she brings to every family she serves.
Kelley
Kelley is a calm and compassionate retired nurse who carries a sense of peace and tranquility everywhere she goes. Her delightful Louisiana accent and nurturing spirit makes her a cherished friend, mother, grandmother and genuine caregiver to the people and pets who surround her.
After her retirement, Kelley fulfilled a long-time bucket-list goal and graduated from Bible college as a full-fledged minister. Kelley’s big heart and gentle ways leave a lasting impression on all who have the pleasure of knowing her. Much of Kelley’s pet sitting experience comes from pet sitting her beloved grand dogs.
Kelley is loving, dependable and trustworthy so you can travel knowing all of your home and pet needs will be handled with love and care.

When we travel, we want to relax, which we can do because our fur babies are in excellent hands. Jaclyn has been sitting for us for more than a year. Both our dog, Piper, who has special needs, and our cat, Cleo, love her.

I have actually known Jaclyn her entire life. I know the kind of young woman she is so we did not hesitate to have her house sit for our dog, 25 chickens, and 7 turkeys! It was a lot for her to keep up with, but she handled it beautifully! We have actually used her service multiple times. Jaclyn is so good with animals and my dog absolutely loves her. She communicates with us to whatever level we request and will ask if she has a question about anything. We came home from our trip and found things in excellent order, house was super clean, and all our animals were happy and healthy. 10 out of 10!

Jaclyn is amazing!
It's hard to leave someone else to care for pets that are part of the family, however, Jaclyn made this so easy for us. Our dog, chickens, and ducks can be cheeky and a handful. I can say they were all well loved and cared for. Our beloved dog Nilla is very needy and needs much attention. I can honestly say she didn't seem to miss us! Jaclyn left the house spotless, not one thing was out of place! We will be using her in the future. We were able to relax on vacation and not worry about our house or pets. That is priceless!

HOW MANY HOURS WILL YOUR SITTER SPEND WITH MY PET?
Our sitters are full time sitters, retired, or work-from-home entrepreneurs. This means they will spend the majority of their time in your home with your pet(s). They may leave for errands like grocery shopping, church on Sunday mornings, or a meal out with friends or family. Your pet will never be left longer than what you and your pets are comfortable with.
DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE SLEEPOVERS?
Yes! Our prices for in-your-home pet sitting services and in-our-home pet sitting services do include sleepovers. Our Kitty-Cat pop-in rates do not include sleeping over.
WILL MY DOG BE ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN BED WITH YOUR SITTER?
Of course! Our sitters keep your pet's routine. If your pet is accustomed to sleeping with you, then by all means they will sleep with us too! If your pet is accustomed to sleeping in a crate, then we will keep their crate routine. We would't allow them to do something you wouldn't allow. Our aim is to make sure your pet's needs and schedules are kept on track.
DO YOUR OVERNIGHT PET SITTERS HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, our overnight sitters do have insurance!
